About the Team
The Revenue team's mission at Clari is to lead the company and the market by selling the only platform purpose-built to run revenue. Our team's purview spans all things revenue — operations, new logos, account management, and sales development — as well as enablement, programs, and value engineering. We're responsible not just for creating and closing high-velocity pipelines, but also the programs and training that help turn pipelines into revenue.
About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, driven individual who is passionate about helping sales teams succeed. Clari’s Revenue Operations & Enablement team is focused on executive-level alignment to provide data, insights, training, tools, and resources that maximize our Go-to-Market organization to productivity and efficiency. Every program we implement has a measurable impact. This Revenue Programs role delivers critical programs that directly impact our quota carriers' ability to generate pipeline and ultimately, revenue.
You will work directly with sales leaders, sales teams, and first-line managers to understand their business needs (with a strong focus on pipe progression and conversion) and skill needs. All while collaborating with cross-functional teams across marketing, RevOps, strategy, and others to develop and implement a sales program to meet those needs, then measure the results and adapt the sales programs as necessary. You will work closely with your Revenue Enablement and Ops team members to develop and execute a single sales program strategy to meet the collective needs of the business you support.
This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the inception to execution of all Program designs, including but not limited to: Ideating new ways that Programs can contribute to pipeline, scoping & launching new Programs rapidly in a testing approach, developing creative net new approaches or processes to solve new or emerging problems
  • Synthesizing data and creating programs to address gaps in the business, bringing in cross-functional teams as needed as well as delivering compelling & impactful programs to large & diverse audiences of sellers; comfortable presenting to large groups
  • Rigorous tracking and metrics to understand what programs are working vs not
  • Managing a portfolio of programs that accurately targets across segments, product lines, industries, targeted accounts, personas
  • Builds trusted partnerships and works cross-functionally to share information and resources, problem-solve, and produce better outcomes
  • Build and deliver presentations to management and sales executives
  • Structured project management skills with the ability to engage in the right actions and cross-functional teams to drive successful goal attainment and consistently produce strong results despite day-to-day challenges
  • Operationalize the program from start to finish, which includes managing the execution across multiple cross-functional teams, delivery, follow-up, and managing engagement metrics post-program launch

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, sales programs, or sales enablement. A minimum of 1 year is required in a Sales Programs-specific role
  • Experience designing (or influencing the design of) revenue-producing sales campaigns and/or programs, and go-to-market strategies
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting is a must; experience with Clari is a plus
  • Ability to draw practical insights from data sets and reviews with salespeople and sales leaders
  • Strong executive presentation skills, as this role will interact with VP+ colleagues regularly

    Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.
    The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $180,000. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits, including well-being and professional development stipends.
