Our Director of Partner Marketing is responsible for both recruiting new partners and activating marketing relationships with our partner ecosystem to help Esper achieve its growth objectives. You’ll partner with Esper’s Business Development, Product Marketing, ABX and Performance Marketing Teams to plan, develop and deliver integrated campaigns tailored to our various types of partners. You will be integral to helping grow our partner program as we build awareness and sales pipeline globally. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven and creative marketing leader to design innovative ways to accelerate the growth of an already rapidly growing business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on partner category to gain new partners and build repeat business
  • Plan and execute strategic partner marketing campaigns that generate partner sourced leads and revenue
  • Plan and execute weekly partner communications that may include: emails, webinars, social posts, partner portal updates, advocate marketing updates, direct mail and other tactics to inform partners of solution updates, promotions, joint marketing resources, education, etc
  • Work with internal teams to drive partner engagement at in-person events through sponsorship, content, and promotion
  • Become a subject matter expert on Esper use cases and value proposition for partners, and partner value props by geography and industry
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
