We’re looking for a seasoned B2B Senior Campaign Manager and marketing communications rock star to join our growing marketing team. You’ll be responsible for developing campaign messaging and content that resonates, as well as orchestrating campaign execution across all marketing channels to achieve campaign goals. Working closely with product marketing, demand generation and sales teams, you’ll create assets and positioning that fuel the marketing campaign. The Senior Campaign Manager will own and drive the planning and development of all campaign-related integrated marketing and communications strategies to help drive measurable awareness, leads and pipeline. Develop innovative campaign messaging, content and strategy that achieves campaign goals for new business and expansion, across email marketing, advertising, blog, thought leadership, website, social media, etc.
Create campaign content aligned to target personas and stage in buyer’s journey to nurture prospects and accelerate opportunity development, including long and short-form content such as e-books, reports, blog posts and email copy
Work cross-functionally across marketing to ensure campaign plans are executed in a timely, targeted and effective manner
Continually monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure campaign goals are met and make ongoing improvements. Maintain core campaign KPIs and report regularly on progress.
Leverage iSpot data and 3rd party research to develop data-driven marketing communication pieces that educate and convert customers and prospects
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B with a focus on advertising, technology and/or digital media
Deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, A/B testing, and funnel-based demand generation models
Ability to deliver sound marketing programs guided by data with a focus on delivering outstanding results
Experienced in cross-functional leadership with a proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects
Outstanding copywriting, verbal and presentation skills
Excellent organization, decision making and analytical capabilities with an extremely high attention to detail
Can-do attitude with a bias for action
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or related field
Target cash compensation range: $100,000-125,000 USD Annually
We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy
iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency.
Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA; El Segundo, CA; New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week. While those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote schedule.
