Job Description

●Setting up security operations monitoring systems including SIEM platform, Identity Management Platform, access request processing
●Monitoring and managing Sentinel alerts and logs for Captive environments, ensuring discrepancies are noted and actioned upon using the designated ticketing system.
●Analyzing incoming security incidents, performing deep packet inspection as
required, and providing first responder actions to stakeholders.
●Interpreting security policies, regulations, standards, and mandates into security
control requirements and assessing environments against those requirements.
●Serving as the point of contact for VAPT for Cloud and Captive environment,
managing Incident and Change management associated with these environments.
●Reviewing SOP and policies associated with Cloud Solutions regularly to ensure
team members are compliant.
●Collaborating with IT teams to integrate identity access management processes
and systems with existing processes and systems.
●Leading cross-functional teams through auditing and compliance activities,
ensuring compliance to standards such as ISO 27001, SOC2.
●Undertaking regular Security Risk Analysis for endpoint systems, SaaS, and
Cloud native infrastructure.
●Managing and running monthly, bi-monthly IT Baseline reviews.
●Working with stakeholders to understand IT and Security hardening
requirements surrounding Cloud Solutions services and working on any
business requirement in a project management mode.

Qualifications

Atleast 8 years of experience in :-

  • Proficiency in operating systems: Linux, Windows, and MacOS, with solid experience in administration and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding and working experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, Azure, and tools like GitHub, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Freshdesk, Azure AD, Okta.
  • Proficiency in Defender for Endpoint (Microsoft Security Suite), Intune, Slack, Jamf, Azure Sentinel.
  • In-depth understanding of information security standards like ISO 27001, SOC2.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of network protocols, server hardware, and secure web architectures.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with endpoint security, SaaS security, and automation of onboarding and offboarding tasks.
