About the Position

Responsible for designing and delivering cloud-based solutions that leverage our products and services to meet the unique needs of our ISV partners and their customers. You will collaborate closely with ISVs, developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to drive successful solution adoption and integration of Qumulo’s cloud technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with ISVs to understand their technical requirements, business objectives, and application architecture. Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions that align with ISV partner goals. Leverage cloud-native services to build innovative solutions that utilize the full potential of the cloud platform.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to ISV partners, providing guidance on best practices, cloud services, and architecture. Conduct technical workshops, presentations, and training sessions for ISV partners and their development teams.
  • Assist ISVs in integrating their applications with our Qumulo cloud storage platform and services. Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during the development and deployment phases. Develop proof-of-concept and prototype solutions to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed architectures.
  • Work closely with product managers to ensure that solutions align with the company's product roadmap and strategic direction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, support, and marketing to ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing existing solutions and adapting to evolving cloud landscapes.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution guides for ISV partners and internal teams.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Minimum Role Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience in architecting infrastructure solutions using both Linux/Unix and Windows with specific recommendations on server, load balancing, HA/DR, & storage architectures. Additional experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud and architecting or deploying Cloud/Virtualization solutions in enterprise customers is preferred. Broad technology experience including: cloud architecture, applications development, relational databases, NoSQL databases, analytics, machine learning, networking, security, storage, DevOps, containers, serverless, CI/CD, management and monitoring, cloud migrations, IT transformation is required.
  • Strong background in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices architectures, containerization and serverless computing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt solutions to unique ISV partner requirements.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.

Key Benefits:

The annual pay range for the role is USD $200,000 - $300,000. Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience and skills, and location. Pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the pay range applicable at the time.
