About the Position:

Qumulo is looking for a forward thinking, data-driven and passionate field marketing manager to join our team. The Field Marketing Manager will support growth and revenue generation in EMEA by driving the execution of regional and partner events, joint marketing programs, campaigns and lead-generation programs.

In collaboration with Qumulo’s Sales and Marketing organizations, you will identify, develop, prioritize, and execute appropriate field marketing strategy, projects, programs, campaigns and events to optimize conversion rates and performance of overall field marketing investment.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction with regional sales stakeholders to plan, execute and track impactful integrated marketing and communications plans to support the sales goals/priorities, and leverage marketing strategy/initiatives
  • Manage all aspects of marketing, including marketing plan development, managing a marketing budget, executing webinars, trade shows, events, and account-based marketing campaigns that align with pipeline and revenue goals
  • Co-develop and execute joint marketing strategies, campaigns and launches with our most strategic partners to drive awareness, engagement and growth
  • Define and implement joint marketing plans and campaigns with regional EMEA partners to promote lead generation and accelerate pipeline
  • Develop scalable partner demand generation plays to drive pipeline
  • Foster positive and productive relationships across matrixed organizations with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in, gain feedback, and manage expectations toward identified outcomes and goals
  • Develop, manage, and achieve strategic marketing goals working across EMEA and global, multi-functional organizations
  • Create post event follow-up/post mortem process and cadence with field team and partners
  • Evaluate marketing performance and recommend improvements
  • Contract and negotiate with event venues on schedule, room, AV, F&B etc.
  • Manage the requirements for automated campaigns
  • Work with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure our company's presentations and presence at events is world class
  • Promote conferences and other events via social media, direct outreach to our mailing list, and building partnerships in our ecosystem

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of related marketing experience which including a preferred 4+ years in field and/or partner marketing
  • You have demonstrated success in event marketing and have an impressive portfolio of B2B conferences and webinars
  • Fluent in English and can speak one or more European language
  • Possess a broad strategic marketing skill set that enables you to understand, add value to, and develop creative marketing strategies
  • Use of salesforce.com and marketing automation tools
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and Google business applications (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Well versed in social media outlets including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required
