What are we looking to add to our team?

As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own email programs, and advocate and develop new high-impact tactics and strategies. All the programs will be powered by marketing automation that drives product and business engagement of SeekOut with current and future talent acquisition and talent management teams enabling them to hire, grow, and retain talent.

What you will be doing:

  • Own the planning and execution for multi-channel conceptualizing and briefing campaign ideas, as well as building and deploying demand generation and CRM campaigns
  • Own the end-to-end creation and implementation of weekly newsletter campaigns and evergreen email programs, including highly personalized scalable and dynamic triggered programs for customers and prospects
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Paid Media, Organic Social, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success to drive multi-channel (including email, direct mail, in-product messaging) lifecycle outreach strategies and execution to increase prospect and customer engagement
  • Use analytics and qualitative and quantitative insights to identify, size and prioritize opportunities that drive retention and higher lifetime value for target partner segments
  • Conduct test-and-learn optimizations (including trigger, content, and frequency variations)
  • Track against monthly goals and KPIs, from growing our subscriber list to driving usage rate and engagement, to generating revenue
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change, and have experience in building programs quickly from the bottom up

What you should have:

  • 3+ years experience in B2B lifecycle, email, CRM and/or Engagement Marketing programs
  • 5+ years of online/digital marketing experience leading
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms (e.g., Marketo)
  • Demonstrable experience deriving and using customer insights and channel data to define and understand strategies and performance (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Strong project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations (Asana experience a plus)
  • Experience collaborating well with others across the organization and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly-fluid environment

To ensure fairness for new hires and existing team members, we factor in an individual's unique skills and experience, market data, and the internal equity of the team.

Base Salary Hiring Range: $87,150 through $115,000 annually.
