  • Act like an owner in leading design solutioning for projects of high ux and tech complexity, from conception to launch.
  • Present solutions with the good communication skills and appropriate fidelity mocks, prototypes, and specs that effectively communicate product concepts and user experiences.
  • Collaborate in agile cross-functional teams with product managers, engineers, and other designers, to define experience goals, gather user insights, and design solutions that delight users and meet business goals.
  • Be a team player by being open to receiving and giving feedback and guidance with empathy for designers on the team so we can elevate the quality of craft and collaboration.
  • Invite feedback and quickly iterate on designs based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices in the product design industry


  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a track record of success in designing and shipping products that solve real problems.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product design work that demonstrates a deep understanding of user-centered design principles across complexity levels.
  • Understanding of executing on and evolving design systems, responsiveness, accessibility.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product managers and developers to deliver products in a timely manner
  • Experience in the travel industry is a bonus but not a requisite.

Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.
