About Trek Health
Trek Health is building products that help healthcare organizations make smarter, faster decisions with better data and intelligence. We are an early-stage company focused on turning complex healthcare pricing and contract information into products customers rely on.
The Role
Trek Health is seeking a Head of Marketing to own demand generation and pipeline growth while continuing to build on the company’s existing brand, voice, and industry thought leadership. This role requires a leader who can operate strategically while remaining hands on, building and executing programs directly in a fast-moving Series A environment.
The Head of Marketing will partner closely with Trek’s GTM and product teams, ensuring marketing efforts drive measurable demand across both product-led and sales-assisted motions. The ideal candidate has proven experience generating pipeline in PLG environments with meaningful enterprise customers, and is comfortable building marketing systems while actively executing.
What You'll Do
- Own quarterly and annual SQO and pipeline targets, with clear reporting on coverage, attribution, conversion, and CAC payback
- Set the marketing strategy and roadmap while staying hands on by building systems and running programs directly until the team scales
- Build and scale a balanced demand engine across outbound, inbound, lifecycle, and product-led channels, with clear accountability for pipeline contribution by channel
- Build enterprise programs including ABM, targeted campaigns, and sales enablement that support enterprise deal cycles end to end, while converting PLG usage and interest into qualified pipeline
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, shaping ICP and messaging with Sales, translating roadmap and usage insights with Product, and driving lifecycle, expansion, and advocacy programs with CS
- Own and evolve Trek Health's brand, voice, and positioning, and lead high-impact content, analyst relations, PR, and industry event-driven strategies
- Own the marketing budget and tech stack, implementing practical attribution, funnel tracking, and ROI measurement appropriate for a Series A company
- Hire, develop, and lead the marketing team, starting lean and scaling thoughtfully as pipeline targets grow
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including time in early stage or high growth environments
- Proven success leading demand generation in a PLG-driven organization with meaningful enterprise customers
- Demonstrated ability to work with lean go-to-market teams, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive pipeline
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, including ABM, campaign driven pipeline, and sales enablement.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, building systems while executing, and shifting focus as the company scales.
- Experience owning brand, content, and thought leadership while being accountable for measurable demand outcomes.
Bonus Points
- Healthcare, healthtech, or regulated-industry marketing experience
- Experience marketing data-intensive or workflow-oriented B2B products to operational, financial, or strategic decision-makers
