The Technical Account Manager is responsible for ongoing platform value realisation with our customers in the ANZ market. This includes cultivating relationships both internally with your account team and externally with customer teams in developing and executing data-driven strategies.
Your primary goal is to support the account team to drive the value customers receive from the platform, ultimately leading to improved customer retention for Amperity and improved business results for our customers.
The role will work alongside a group of world-class colleagues from Sales, Client Services, Product, Solutions Consulting and other teams to deliver a cohesive and tightly coordinated customer experience. Ensuring that in addition to realising business value beyond expectations, our customers call us their favourite technology and/or service provider.
This role combines a blend of platform advisory and technical delivery, which will require you to consult and implement ongoing solutions to Amperity's customers in line with developed customer value roadmaps and their changing business requirements.
This role will report to our local Area Vice President in Melbourne.
