The Role

We're looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager to oversee positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the heart of our platform—our industry-leading identity resolution and Customer 360 capabilities. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing leader who excels at the intersection of product and storytelling, and who knows how to translate deep technical value into unique market impact. You'll report to the VP, Product Marketing and partner with product, sales, and customer success to bring our identity offerings to life through use-case-driven solutions and GTM plays that align with how our customers buy and use our platform..

Interesting Problems

  • Craft unique messaging and storytelling for identity resolution Translate complex concepts like probabilistic and deterministic matching, data stitching, and entity resolution into clear, value-oriented narratives that resonate with both technical and business audiences.
  • Define industry-specific solutions grounded in customer needsPackage Amperity's identity and Customer 360 capabilities into solutions that solve high-value challenges in industries like retail, travel, hospitality, and, and financial services.
  • Build and scale use-case-driven GTM plays Operationalize go-to-market motions with care for priority use cases, providing sales and field teams with messaging, personas, materials, and intel to guide deal velocity and difference.
  • Fuel demand generation and product adoption Work with Growth and Corporate Marketing teams to ensure our identity and Customer 360 value props are front and center in campaigns, webinars, events, and customer stories.

Be the voice of the customer in roadmap planning Partner with product managers to shape the roadmap through insights from sales calls, competitive research, analyst interactions, and voice-of-customer programs.

About You

  • 12+ years of B2B product marketing experience in data infrastructure, MarTech, or SaaS
  • Experience marketing identity resolution, data integration, or customer data platforms.
  • Translate technical capabilities into messaging for different personas (data teams, marketers, IT)
  • Experience creating excellent storytelling, writing, and presentations.
  • Collaborative partner who loves working across product, sales, and marketing
  • Prior experience with customer research, segmentation, and competitive analysis

Location

Seattle, WA or New York, NY

We have a hybrid work model for employees based in Seattle, WA, and New York, NY, with three days in the office days each week, providing a mix of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility

Compensation

Base Salary: $170,000 - $230,000. Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.

Cash Incentives: Cash incentives are also available.

Stock Options: The opportunity for ownership is an exciting part of Amperity’s total compensation package. Every employee at Amperity receives a new-hire equity grant, commensurate with the scope of their position.
