About the Role
Booster is growing rapidly and looking for versatile players who will thrive in a dynamic, tech-enabled operations environment. We’re specifically looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for a portfolio of Booster customers. In this role, you will provide end-to-end support, ensuring success of assigned customer accounts from Onboarding and Implementation through the lifetime of their service with Booster. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and other teams within Booster to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences.
The ideal candidate is customer-first in their approach, uses analytical skills to identify and solve problems, is thorough in their communications to external and internal customers alike, and demonstrates a high degree of ownership and accountability at all times.
As a member of the Customer Success team, primary objectives include ensuring timely and thorough onboarding and launch of new accounts, maintaining the customer relationship to drive retention and growth, as well as profitability of your portfolio. What You Will Be Doing
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:
Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $78,000 DOE
Bonus Range: $42,000 - $50,000 DOE, Plus company equity
