Are you an innovative and experienced product leader with a proven track record of taking new product capabilities from scale to market leadership? Branch is in the midst of an exciting transition from a Founder-led company to an Executive-led organization, and we need your expertise to scale and mature as a leader in the SaaS market.

As the VP of SaaS Products, you will play a pivotal role in this transformation, reporting directly to our CEO and collaborating closely with C-Level leaders to shape the future of our SaaS product portfolio. Leading a high-performance team, you will be instrumental in engaging customers, defining product strategy, and creating compelling roadmaps for our SaaS offerings. Working alongside engineering, you will drive the execution of deliverables, ensuring business impact and success.

This role operates in a highly cross-functional environment, requiring you to thrive in ambiguity, excel in a fast-paced growth stage setting, align with executive stakeholders, and collaborate with global teams across different time zones. You will be responsible for driving products to support driving Annual Contract Value (ACV) and pipeline growth, forging strong partnerships with sales, sales enablement and marketing. Additionally, you will engage with senior-level customer stakeholders to drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from market needs assessment to customer success.
• Craft and communicate the SaaS product vision and roadmap to C-level staff, board members, customers, partners, and employees.
• Utilize market analysis, competitive insights, and customer research to shape the product roadmap.
• Present product roadmaps effectively to key customers and partners.
• Drive product analytics to optimize feature usage and comprehension.
• Foster a customer-centric mindset and incorporate it into the product development process.

Product Execution:

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely product deliverables.
• Facilitate cross-product capabilities and dependencies to leverage innovations across the organization.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and campaigns in collaboration with marketing.
• Define pricing and competitive positioning for each product.
• Act as the primary evangelist for our SaaS product, participating in press activities, conferences, discussions with thought leaders, and market analysts.
• Drive product analytics for continuous improvement.
• Engage directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to align product features with their desired business outcomes.
• Drive Product Advisory Councils in key regions globally.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience managing SaaS product management and/or development teams.
• Background in marketing technology products preferred.
• 15+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Successful implementation of data-driven processes to create actionable roadmaps.
• Proven experience working with international teams in growth stage environments preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication, including experience in high-level business discussions.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles.
