As the Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC at Branch, you will be the regional leader for recruiting, based in Bangalore, within India and greater APAC.

Reporting to the VP Global Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiting professionals, partnering with cross functional business leaders and executives and driving recruitment strategies and best practices across the region. You should have passion and focus on bringing in diverse talent, experience with university recruiting, helping further our employment brand and working in a multicultural and global tech company.

As a Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll get to:

  • Develop and build strong relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders, to understand hiring plans, establish priorities, and build effective recruiting strategies and execution.
  • Be data driven through tracking hiring metrics, pipeline activity and managing reporting.
  • Be a champion of inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship.
  • Partner with the broader People Team (TA Ops, People Partners, Total Rewards, People Ops, etc.) to identify opportunities to drive hiring process rigor and efficiency, while creating an excellent candidate experience.
  • Help define the regional recruiting strategy that will help us achieve our hiring goals across various functions throughout India and the greater APAC Region.
  • Own end-to-end recruiting for a set of critical roles to support the team in delivering the hiring goals when needed.
  • Guide, mentor, train, and coach the high-performing recruiting team to build, scale, and drive recruiting excellence.
  • Be part of special projects that are related to recruitment change management on a global scale.
  • Help develop hiring programs specific to India such as university recruiting/internships, employer brand etc.
  • Be a leader for diversity initiatives within the regions.

You'll be a good fit if you have:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business/tech recruiting.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience leading a high performing Recruiting team; International experience is desired.
  • Motivated, solutions-driven, and process-oriented person with proven success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and how to convert them into actionable intelligence for the recruiting team and business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • A “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality to support and be willing to help the team in the weeds.
  • Experience working strategically with senior business leaders as a thought partner.
  • Prior start-up or a high-growth mid-sized company experience is preferred.
  • Must be based in Bangalore and able to work in office several days a week

This role will be based at our Bangalore office and follows a Hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines.
