We’re looking for our next Global Deal Desk Manager to lead our deal desk and order management teams. The role will manage a strong team of ICs on the deal desk and closely partner with our VP WW Sales and regional Sales leaders on escalations, policies, etc. We are looking to evolve the team from a transactional operational team to strategic partners of the sales organization.

As a Senior Manager, Deal Desk, you’ll get to:

  • Serve as a global leader within the deal desk function, working across regions to ensure consistency in deal desk policies, processes, and strategies.
  • Develop and manage consistently applied pricing strategies and discount approvals, informed by a deep understanding of pricing models and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with Sales to analyze deal structures and develop deal strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Participate in deal reviews with Sales Leadership to help drive Account-Level deal strategy.
  • Equip our sales teams to navigate complex deals by providing training and guidance on pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and deal desk processes.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, and other teams to review deal approvals and implement best-in-class deal processes.
  • Evaluate and mitigate legal, financial, and operational deal risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Build out a high-performing global deal desk team responsible for designing deal structures and efficiently coordinating deal flows.
  • Identify and implement optimizations to our quoting and approval processes, targeting a shorter deal cycle, as well as post-close order management function.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales in structuring complex deals and enable them to navigate their deals through guidance and training.
  • Own our quoting systems and drive necessary systems updates with IT and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as an escalation point for the deal desk team members on policy exceptions, complex deal structures, and other deal desk matters.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, or sales operations roles, with demonstrated experience in managing complex deal structures.
  • Strong understanding of pricing models, financial analysis, and competitive positioning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Experience with CRM and CPQ systems; proficiency in Salesforce and related tools preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

This role will be based in Dallas, Texas and follows a Hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines.
