We are seeking an experienced IT Systems & Program Manager reporting directly to the Head of IT and Security. This position will lead system implementations including HR, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Security, and IT. This is a hands-on position that will require experience with IT systems engineering and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management as well as experience managing IT operations.

As an IT Systems & Program Manager, you’ll get to:

  • Partner with the business including HR, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, IT and Security teams to implement cross-functional systems such as HRIS, CRM, and Project Management tools.
  • Work with company leadership on the overall IT strategy and enterprise architecture.
  • Develop, monitor, and adapt project plans; identify and mitigate risks to deadlines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Develop project related documentation including business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Work on system implementations, hands-on provisioning of applications, and integrations
  • Handle escalated IT operational issues and troubleshooting, and user tickets
  • Manage IT systems such as single sign-on, email, finance, HR, marketing, and sales applications
  • Participate and lead compliance reviews and audits, and coordinate evidence gathering efforts
  • Lead new employee IT onboarding and offboarding including laptop and account management
  • Collaborate across all business teams including IT, security, engineering, product, sales, finance, legal, and HR.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology field; IT operations and systems engineering preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Extensive hands-on experience managing IT operations and systems engineering including Okta, Duo, GSuite, Slack, Zoom, Jamf, Salesforce
  • Previous experience leading or managing desktop and helpdesk teams
  • Past experience implementing and managing HRIS, CRM, and Project Management tools such as UKG, Workday, Paychex, Paylocity, ADP, Zendesk, JIRA, Asana, or Confluence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge or experience with deep linking technologies.
  • IT and project management certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, PMP, CAPM

This role will be based at our Mountain View, CA office, follows a hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines and will require being in the office 2-3 days per week. This role does not qualify for relocation or visa sponsorship.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Mountain View, CA is $165,000 - $200,000.

Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Mountain View, CA only. Compensation for candidates outside of Mountain View, CA will be based on the candidate’s specific work location.

Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.

The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
