We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Information Technology reporting directly to the Head of IT and Security. The Sr. IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all information technology systems and infrastructure. This role ensures the stable operation, security, and efficiency of IT services to support business operations, while leading a team of IT professionals and managing vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will be an experienced IT Manager who has extensive experience with running and operating an IT department and leading an experienced IT team.

As a Sr. Manager, Information Technology you’ll get to:

  • Lead day-to-day IT service management, including help desk support, application, and IT infrastructure.
  • Manage IT staff, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Responsible for ensuring IT issues and tickets are resolved to SLAs.
  • Provide high-quality, user-focused IT support to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Maintain and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices, including those related to cybersecurity, data protection, and change management.
  • Collaborate with managers and leadership on ensuring IT aligns with goals and objectives.
  • Manage vendor and service provider relationships, contracts, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with security on IT requirements for regulatory compliance (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA).
  • Manage application and system integrations that drive IT effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Leverage AI to drive end user efficiency and lead AI implementation across the enterprise.
  • Prepare and manage the IT budget and technology roadmap.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • Hands-on experience with Apple Macbooks, Kandji, Slack, Google Workspaces, Microsoft AD, Okta, JIRA, and Zoom.
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge of Atlassian, Notion, Glean, UKG, and Verkada.
  • Collaborative approach towards IT service management across all business and engineering teams.
  • At least 10+ years experience in IT with at least 3+ years management experience.
  • Experience managing a global team across and supporting end users in APAC and EMEA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
  • Willingness to provide after-hours escalation support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • This is an onsite position (3-5 days) and in-office support is required in Mountain View, CA.
  • Occasional travel to other office locations up to 25%.

Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge or experience with deep linking technologies.
  • Experience assessing, testing, and deploying AI across the enterprise.
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, and other certifications.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role (based in Mountain View, CA) is $188,000 - $240,000. This role is not eligible for remote work or any other location. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.

This is a hybrid role based at our Mountain View, CA office and follows a Hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines. This role does not qualify for relocation or visa sponsorship.

The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
