At Branch, we’re transforming how brands and users interact across digital platforms. Our mobile marketing and deep linking solutions are trusted to deliver seamless experiences that increase ROI, decrease wasted spend, and eliminate siloed attribution. Our Branch team consists of smart, humble, and collaborative people who value ownership over all. Everything we do is centered around creating a great product, team, and company that lives and breathes our motto: Build Together, Grow Together, Win Together.

About the job

Mission: To own, build, and scale Branch's integration ecosystem. This role serves as the technical engine that closes the gap between our core platform and the unique, high-value needs of our customers and partners. You will directly generate revenue, accelerate our partnership strategy, and protect our core product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Custom Solution Delivery (Monetized Service):
    • Scope, design, build, and deploy paid, customer-level bespoke integrations for enterprise clients (e.g., custom data mappings for CDPs, CRM analytics, or unique event forwarding).
    • Partner with PS leadership and Sales to create Statements of Work (SOWs), defining project timelines, deliverables, and pricing for bespoke projects.
    • Manage the full project lifecycle for these custom solutions, from technical discovery to deployment and handoff.
  2. Partner Ecosystem Expansion (Strategic Work):
    • Rapidly build, test, and deploy net-new partner-level integrations with Ad, Data, Email, and Tech partners that are not on the core ProdDev roadmap.
    • Own the technical cleanup, optimization, and maintenance of our existing “long-tail” of ad partners, ensuring they are configured with correct campaign link data and macros to provide actual reporting value to customers.
    • Act as the technical execution arm for the Partnerships team to scale our integration volume from 2-6/year to 2-5/quarter.
  3. Technical Consultation & Triage:
    • Act as the central “clearinghouse” and primary technical contact for all non-standard integration requests from Sales, Account Management, and Support.
    • Partner with Sales/AMs to provide technical validation and solutioning during pre-sales cycles, ensuring we can deliver what we sell.
    • Maintain a library of reusable code, solutions, and documentation to accelerate future projects and provide feedback to ProdDev on recurring requests that should be productized.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong programming skills in at least one server-side language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go, Java).
    • Demonstrated experience building and consuming REST APIs, handling webhooks, and performing data transformations (JSON, XML).
    • Solid understanding of the mobile/web ecosystem (SDKs, attribution, analytics).
  • Business & Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Proven ability to translate vague customer business requirements into concrete technical solutions and formal SOWs.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset: a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and can own a project from initial scoping to final delivery.
    • Excellent client-facing communication skills; can explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • 5+ years in a Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or high-level Technical Support role at a SaaS company (mar-tech/ad-tech preferred).
    • Direct experience with the Branch platform and its integration capabilities.
    • Familiarity with CDPs (Segment, mParticle), analytics tools (Adobe, Google), and major advertising networks.
