We are launching a critical rebuild of our Commercial Sales segment and are searching for a highly energetic, creative, and ambitious Sales Leader to own and shape this foundation. This is a unique opportunity to lead from the front, create a new culture, and build the GTM strategy for a core revenue engine at Branch.

The Director of AMS Commercial Sales will be responsible for defining the playbook, hiring / ramping the talent, and driving the revenue outcome for our high-growth Commercial segment (4-6 Commercial AEs). Reporting to the VP of Sales, Americas, this role is a significant contributor to the future of the entire revenue organization.

As the Director of Commercial Sales, you will:

  • Own the Rebuild Strategy: Define and lead the Commercial segment's GTM strategy from scratch. This is a "CEO of the Segment" opportunity requiring deep ownership and accountability.
  • Recruit, Mentor, and Scale: Partner immediately with Talent Acquisition to recruit, hire, and onboard 4-6 top-tier Commercial AEs. Manage, mentor, and motivate the team, focusing on developing world-class sales talent and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Create Unique Commercial Plays: Utilize a creative, go-getter mentality to design and execute innovative, out-of-the-box plays to drive pipeline generation and new logo acquisition within the Commercial market.
  • Pipeline and Cadence Mastery: Oversee the entire sales pipeline and cadence, actively mentoring team members on value-based sales tactics, accelerated deal progression, and disciplined forecasting using Salesforce.
  • Drive End-to-End Results: Maintain a strong track record of balancing net-new business generation with expansion and renewal outcomes within the existing account base.
  • Collaborate as a Partner: Work cross-functionally with Sales Development, Marketing, Deal Desk, and Customer Experience to accelerate deals and ensure seamless customer onboarding and success.
  • Be the Face of Branch: Represent Branch at relevant regional conferences and industry events, identifying tactics to build local groundswell and brand awareness to support the sales cycle.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience successfully leading and developing a team of Commercial account executives in a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Proven success recruiting and scaling a team in a rapidly evolving, dynamically competitive market.
  • A demonstrated ability to create and execute unique, successful sales plays for the commercial segment.
  • Strong technical and business acumen; the ability to understand the Branch SDK in-depth and communicate its value and benefits to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A strong work ethic and internal drive to produce results, coupled with a collaborative, customer-first mentality and humility.
  • Mastery of pipeline management and a data-driven approach to forecasting and team coaching (Salesforce mastery required).
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with multiple customer personas across a wide variety of industries.
  • Willingness to work from the office two days a week to lead team collaboration and drive culture.

Nice to Haves:

  • Prior experience selling into the marketing tech and/or mobile ecosystem.
  • A thorough understanding of mobile advertising, measurement, and attribution.

We are looking to hire 100% remote for this role in select locations including CA, CO, NY, TX or WA. We are also open to hybrid in Mountain View, CA, NY, NY or Austin, TX.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in CA is $220,000 - $340,000 (OTE). Please note that this information is provided for those hired in CA only. Compensation for candidates outside of CA will be based on the candidate’s specific work location. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above. Compensation for this role is base compensation + commission. Compensation shown is reflective of on target earnings.

This role does not qualify for visa support or relocation.

The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
