About Charta Health

In an industry where the focus should rightly be on delivering quality care to patients, healthcare providers remain burdened by the complexities of non-clinical operations. Charta is changing that.
We're building the operating system for modern healthcare organizations. Our AI platform streamlines critical workflows across revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative functions, helping providers and payers operate more efficiently and deliver better patient care. Backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Charta is on a mission to make every healthcare dollar accountable and every chart accurate, reimagining healthcare infrastructure from the ground up.

About the Role

Charta is hiring a Product Marketer to serve as the "Go-to-Market GM" for our core business verticals. You’ll shape how we position our AI solutions for those industry verticals, tell our story, and bring new capabilities to market as we transform how healthcare organizations operate. You will own the go-to-market strategy for your verticals end-to-end, and will be measured on pipeline growth.
You'll be the connective tissue between Sales, Forward-Deployed teams, and Customer Success, translating Charta's capabilities into messaging that wins deals and crafting customer-facing content to fill the funnel. This means getting deep with the sale team: building decks and tools reps actually use and arming them with competitive intelligences and scripts that close.
We move quickly but hold a high bar for clarity, strategic rigor, and impact. You're energized by bringing structure to ambiguity, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to build something from scratch alongside a high-performing team at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
What you’ll do:
  • Define and own the full go-to-market strategy for your vertical, from positioning and ICP to launch execution and pipeline growth. Develop a deep understanding of your buyers, the competitive landscape, and the market dynamics shaping your vertical
  • Build the sales tools and assets that reps rely on daily: pitch decks, demo scripts, battle cards, one-pagers, objection handlers, and competitive intelligence briefs. This means that you'll attend key sales meetings, understand where deals stall, and build the materials that unblock them.
  • Build content that converts: Develop a strategic content roadmap that moves healthcare decision-makers through the buyer journey, from educational thought leadership to product-specific conversion assets. You'll deeply understand the customer to capture proof points, case studies, and ROI narratives that fuel pipeline and expansion.
  • Lead go-to-market execution: Drive end-to-end product launches and feature releases, coordinating across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful market entry and adoption
You may be a good fit if you:
  • Have 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Deep sales enablement experience: you’ve built the decks, scripts, battle cards, and tools that sales teams actually use and that actually win deals
  • Strong background partnering with sales teams — you understand how deals are won and lost, and you build materials that change outcomes
  • Exceptional writer and storyteller, skilled at distilling complexity into compelling narratives for diverse personas from practitioners to the C-suite
  • Possess a deep curiosity about healthcare, with the ability to quickly learn complex domains like revenue cycle management, clinical workflows, and healthcare compliance
  • Thrive in 0-to-1 environments, bringing structure to ambiguity and building processes that scale
  • Have a strategic mindset paired with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute tactically
Even better if you:
  • Have prior direct sales experience to give you an edge in building enablement that actually moves the needle
  • Have prior experience at an early-stage startup
  • Have experience selling to complex and technical buyer personas
What we offer:
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision and life insurance
  • Team dinners and snacks in the office to keep you at your best
  • Growth opportunities in a fast-paced, innovative tech startup
  • Ongoing professional development and access to cutting-edge AI and healthcare tools
  • Lively in-person work culture at our SF Headquarters
  • $135,000 - $160,000 USD depending on experience + equity + benefits
Please note that candidates must currently be eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without additional visa sponsorship by the employer.
