About the Opportunity
At Charta, we prioritize results over rigid playbooks. As a Payer Partnerships Lead (Value-Based Care), you will own the full sales cycle—driving new business with health plans and payer organizations focused on improving cost, quality, and outcomes.
This role is ideal for a high-performing seller who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and is excited to break into complex payer organizations, build strategic relationships, and close high-impact deals tied to value-based care initiatives.
You’d be a great fit, if you have:
- 3–7+ years of experience in B2B healthcare sales, with a focus on payers, health plans, or value-based care solutions.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with enterprise healthcare organizations.
- Deep understanding of value-based care models (ACO, bundled payments, risk-sharing arrangements, etc.)
- Strong ability to communicate ROI and business impact to both clinical and financial stakeholders.
- Experience navigating long sales cycles and building pipelines within payer organizations.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter mentality with a scrappy, ownership-driven approach.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.

- $150,000-200,000 base and $300,000-400,000 USD OTE, based on experience + equity + benefits
