The Clari Talent Team is built on the foundation of being a true partner to the teams we recruit for. As a Talent Coordinator, you will play an integral part in the hiring process - creating remarkable stakeholder experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with recruiters, managers, interviewers and candidates to schedule, confirm, share and host interviews.
  • Ensure each and every interaction with candidates are remarkable - best in class.
  • Suggest process changes and improvements.
  • Maintain job postings in Clari’s ATS as well as external job boards.
  • As needed, assist with sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.

Who You Are:

  • 0-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, project coordination, admin experience, or similar areas.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep stakeholders informed at every step of the way.
  • Comfortable driving to positive outcomes, jumping on the phone to solve problems on the fly and taking the initiative to be one step ahead.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
  • A strong sense of delivering high-quality service.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, time management, presentation and reporting skills.
  • Experience using Google Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever [preferred], LI Recruiter), MS office and other productivity tools.
  • Detail-oriented, not afraid to ask questions, and thrives in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment.
