About the Team
A world-class product is key to Clari's success, and Product Management is at the center of defining and delivering the market's leading Revenue Platform. This involves working with customers and our Design/Engineering teams to solve some of the most important and challenging problems in business and enterprise software. About the Role
At the heart of Clari’s products that our users love is our revenue operations platform. The platform connects to our customers’ most important business systems integrating data to power our applications, analytics, data science, and APIs. We’re looking for a product leader who is passionate about data and platforms to head our platform data management team. You will define product roadmaps, navigate internal and external stakeholders, execute the strategy, and help us build the revenue operations platform of the future as we continue on our explosive growth journey. You will hire, lead, and develop a diverse team of product managers and relentlessly evangelize our products.
This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.
Drive the vision and roadmap for Clari platform data management
Manage and develop a team of PM’s, providing guidance and leadership
Develop tight working relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that we’re solving our users’ and customers’ most pressing problems
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, and GTM teams to shape and execute go-to-market strategies
Apply analytics and leverage data from multiple sources to inform product decisions and drive customer adoption
Ensure that our platform is being built for scale, extensibility, and reliability
Set targets for product adoption & impact, and work with Success teams to ensure our product goals are met
7+ years of SaaS product management experience, from inception to delivery
3+ years experience hiring and managing high-performing technical product managers and/or product owners
Experience with databases, data management, data integration, data connectors/adapters, and modern API-based software architectures
Experience with big data, bulk data ingestion and pipelines, data streaming, data quality, data observability, and extensible data models
Experience developing software or a technical (computer science, engineering, math, science) degree
Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including engaging with users, customers, partners, and industry analysts
Experience delivering systems optimized for performance, scalability, and extensibility
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a forte for breaking down complex technical problems
Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to communicate business and technical topics and adjust to diverse audiences

It is Clari’s intent to pay all Clarians competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair, and equitable. The goal of Clari’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay and grow at Clari.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.
The salary range for this position is $206,300 to $309,400. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits, including well-being and professional development stipends.
