This person will play a vital role in our outreach efforts and business development. We’ve historically had our part-time ops associates (and before that our publishing associates) dedicate a few hours each week to calling. However, the impact of calling for our priority clients is so huge we want to have a role dedicated to it. Having a dedicated caller will ensure consistent bandwidth for calling, and their specialization will yield greater efficiencies in their calling efforts.
