How You’ll Spend Your Time Here:

As a Senior Procurement Automation Manager, you will design and handle procurement tools and processes within Cohesity to drive automation, efficiency and reduce overall time to market for our global organization. Your role will involve leveraging existing technology, exploring and integrating with new technology solutions, and deploying standard processes to deliver and maintain a unified global purchasing system for Cohesity. Collaborating closely with multi-functional teams you will streamline procurement workflows and deliver organization training to advance adoption and proficiency with internal users and external partners. You’ll be accountable for the following:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement automation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Find opportunities for process automation and optimization across the procurement lifecycle.
  • Lead the selection, customization, implementation and migration of procurement tools.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate technology solutions across the enterprise to deliver a comprehensive purchasing and supplier maintenance workflow.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of automation initiatives.
  • Lead change management initiatives and training to ensure successful adoption of automated procurement processes.
  • Build training collateral (FAQ/How to Guides/Video training) for organization-wide users of the procurement system.
  • Continuously supervise and assess the performance of procurement processes, enhancing and modifying as vital to optimize workflow.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and procurement technologies and recommend improvements accordingly.
  • Support team with requisition to order process as needed.

We’d love to talk with you if you have many of the following:

  • 5+ years experience in procurement, with a focus on systems, automation and process improvement.
  • Solid grasp of procurement processes, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrable experience in selecting, implementing, and handling procurement automation tools and systems.
  • Experience in designing and delivering system training to end-users, preferably in a procurement context.
  • Experience in crafting video training materials for system users, ensuring effective dissemination of knowledge.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex procurement projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate optimally across teams and influence collaborators at all levels.
