TEAM PITCH: Our Procurement team at Cohesity is on a mission to drive operating efficiency through procurement automation. Focused on delivering a unified global purchasing process and procure-to-pay platform, we are streamlining procurement operations and advancing productivity for our internal organization and for our external partners. How You’ll Spend Your Time Here:

As a Senior Analyst, Procurement & Contracts, you will support your business partners by facilitating and managing the purchasing process from requisition to purchase order. Educating requisitioners on policy and process, validating policy requirements and approval flows, and driving issue resolution will be part of your daily activity; with the goal of optimizing purchasing platform functionality and reducing time to market in the procurement process.

You’ll be accountable for the following:

  • Liaise with business partners to understand their purchase and determine the correct category classification, contract and document requirements and commensurate approval flows for the engagement.
  • Review purchase requisitions for completeness and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review contracts and documents as may be required to substantiate the purchase and validate cross functional review and approval requirements.
  • Facilitate processing of purchase requisitions, generate and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Monitor the status of purchase requisitions to expedite processing.
  • Assist in the resolution of business and supplier-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to streamline the procurement cycle (legal, compliance, business applications, infosec, sourcing, finance).
  • Train business partners on the purchasing process and steps, reducing repetitive resource activity forward.
  • Support sourcing team with contract review and development as needed for various categories of spend.

We’d love to talk with you if you have many of the following:

  • 5 years experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in using purchasing software or ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Are customer obsessed and have a collaborative nature
