TEAM PITCH: Our Procurement team at Cohesity is on a mission to drive operating efficiency through procurement automation. Focused on delivering a unified global purchasing process and procure-to-pay platform, we are streamlining procurement operations and advancing productivity for our internal organization and for our external partners. How You’ll Spend Your Time Here:

As a Sr. Analyst, Supplier Maintenance, you will support your business partners by facilitating and managing the supplier onboarding and maintenance process. Educating requestors on the policy and process, managing the intake and workflow of onboarding requests, collaborating with cross functional teams, communicating and troubleshooting with suppliers and driving issue resolution will be part of your daily activity. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of procurement process, experience working in procurement and financial systems, and ability to screen and ensure the accuracy of supplier data. This role is instrumental in driving efficiency for Cohesity’s procurement operations team.

You’ll be accountable for the following:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and information for supplier setup.
  • Facilitate onboarding reviews and approvals with legal, infosec and compliance
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely submission of updated information and documentation as required.
  • Review and update supplier information in the procurement system, including contact details, banking information, supplier status and product/service offerings, ensuring accuracy of supplier records
  • Implement best practices and standardized procedures to streamline the supplier onboarding process and enhance efficiency.
  • Manage communication with suppliers related to process and policy changes, system enhancements, etc.
  • Conduct periodic audits of supplier data to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Support business partners in attaining and providing information that may be required from their suppliers (credit fact sheets, references, etc.)

We’d love to talk with you if you have many of the following:

  • 5 years of experience in procurement/supplier maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in using purchasing software or ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Are customer obsessed and have a collaborative nature
