Overview:

As a member of the Compensation team, you will play a meaningful role in developing and executing compensation programs for the global organization. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by finding creative ways to tackle problems.

How you’ll spend your time here

  • Help drive the successful execution of key compensation programs, such as the annual compensation review process (including merit, promotion, bonus, and equity)
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to assess the efficiency of compensation programs
  • Supervise the integrity and validity of the data reported
  • Benchmark positions using salary surveys to develop and maintain job families, salary structures, incentive pay structures, and other market-aligned compensation practices
  • Analyze market data, review job documentation, and consult with management and the People team to make informed pay and job-leveling decisions consistent with the company's compensation philosophy
  • Assess business needs, analyze trends, and develop compensation models to make compelling, data-driven compensation recommendations. Model the encouraged business impact of these recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage compensation inquiries and escalations
  • Streamline compensation processes through operational and system improvements.

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING!

  • 10 to 14 yrs of experience in development and execution of Compensation programs (e.g. annual compensation planning, survey submissions, pay range pricing)
  • Solid understanding of job architecture and compensation benchmarking
  • Excellent analytical skills; able to synthesize and analyze data sets to extract insights and influence decisions
  • Excellent time management and planning skills; motivated by a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoys collaborating with others to solve business challenges creatively
  • Mature business insight and judgment; able to operate independently on routine responsibilities
  • Experience with Workday and Google Sheets is a strong plus
  • CCP certification preferred
