The Alliances Partner Business Manager is responsible for maximizing the renewal performance of a $200+M book of business in the Alliances business that crosses multiple segments. The desired candidate will develop, manage, and govern channel partner rules of engagement, working in conjunction with leadership. They will manage relationships with strategic high-volume partners and focus on forecasting, enablement, and performance management. They will build and lead renewal processes for Cohesity within strategic alliance partners and ensure that partners maintain a satisfactory on-time renewal rate.

WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE:

  • Ensure target support renewal sales are closed.
  • Protect and grow renewal sales revenue streams.
  • Drive channel and alliance partner renewal performance.
  • Govern partner program critical issues, and drive programmatic improvements working with Alliance
    partners to improve renewal performance and increase retention rates.

  • General knowledge of Channel and Alliances business, preferred in the enterprise software industry.
  • Intimate understanding of Maintenance Renewal sales.
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder.
  • Accurate and timely forecasting to management.
  • Removes barriers as needed to close business and achieve objectives.
  • Ability to be assertive and follow customer concerns through to closure.
  • Negotiation skills.

  • General understanding of related sales technologies

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
US Pay Range
$81,200$101,500 USD
