We are currently looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about innovation and process improvement to join our global Recruitment Coordination team as an HR Shared Services Coordinator. In this position, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an exceptional candidate experience during the hiring process.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses to employees.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits information in HR systems.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
• Support employees in understanding and enrolling in benefits programs, and answer any queries related to benefits.
• Generate periodic HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, compliance audits) and assist with HR analytics.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to implement HR initiatives effectively.

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

• 3 years of minimum experience into HR shared services
• Proficiency in Service now & Workday. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite, including Google Calendar, Gmail, and One Drive is also valued.
• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams is crucial, along with a proactive and resourceful approach throughout the hiring and scheduling process.
• Previous experience in offer generation and the background check process.

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
