Cohesity is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented receptionist for our Costa Rica office. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Workplace Americas, this role will be a full-time, (5) days-a-week office-based position and is a part of the Workplace team. The person in this role will be responsible for maintaining the front desk and assisting employees and visitors to navigate our workplace via the wayfinding support tools. A successful candidate will also work closely with other members of the Workplace team to ensure and promote an agile, client centric, productive, and collaborative environment.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE
Cover the front desk during business hours with an hourly lunch break.
Demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and be the “face” of Cohesity as the first contact clients and colleagues will have in the office.
Meeting and greeting guests and visitors.
Answering and managing incoming calls.
Maintaining the reception area and adjacent meeting rooms, ensuring they are always ready for use.
Supporting our desk reservation tool.
Assisting with messengers, couriers and signing for deliveries in the freight area and advising relevant team members.
Backup ordering for kitchen pantry items and special orders.
Liaise with Workplace Technology and other business functions as required.
Additional ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING
Professional hospitality accreditations are preferred.
A minimum of 4 years of receptionist, front desk, concierge, or other hospitality experience is preferred.
Apply a high level of attention to detail as well as strong verbal and written skills.
Requires basic analytical skills with the ability to understand and carry out general tasks.
Ability to lift 12 Kilos.

In-Office Expectations
Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
