We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Renewals Sales Support Specialist! We are looking for someone to provide sales administrative support to our sales teams for the EMEA region.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Updating customer details

  • Assign correct territory according to owner and codes

  • Ensure cleanliness of sales pipeline

  • Work with other sales team and managers

  • Reporting and insights analysis to drive key business metrics

  • Comparison between Baseline, Oracle, ERP, last year bookings & Sales targets

  • Validation of LTW, RMA, LAR

  • ERP Hygiene & ITD versus ERP validation

  • Business Performance reporting

  • Territory assignments

  • Weekly management report (with ITD release)

  • Creating IBRs

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Fluent in English plus German is desirable

  • Background in sales support or business operations, with experience using CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle)

  • Experience in reporting, pipeline management, and territory assignment

  • Worked cross-functionally with sales teams and managers

  • Familiarity with IBRs, LTW, RMA, and LAR processes

  • Strong Excel skills and ability to reconcile data across systems

  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail

  • Comfortable generating performance reports and tracking sales KPIs

  • Good communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to meet weekly reporting deadlines and manage multiple tasks

In-Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
