Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
Monitor service delivery performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Lead and coordinate on-site service teams, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
Identify risks and issues in service delivery and implement timely corrective actions.
Maintain strong client relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular service reviews and reporting for both internal leadership and client stakeholders.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of services.
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and industry standards.
Support resource planning activities for the on-site operation.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Operations, or related field.
10+ years of experience in service delivery or operations management, preferably in a client-facing or on-site role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in service management tools and reporting.
ITIL or PMP certification (preferred).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

In-Office Expectations
Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
