    We are seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to drive pricing and monetization strategies across our product portfolio. This high-impact role will be responsible for developing and executing pricing models that align with customer value, competitive positioning, and company revenue goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep SaaS experience, strong analytical skills, cross-functional leadership, and a proven track record of implementing innovative monetization strategies that drive sustainable growth.

    HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

    Pricing & Packaging Strategy

    • Design and evolve monetization strategies for our SaaS offerings, including tiered pricing, usage-based pricing, bundles, and new commercial models.
    • Evaluate and redesign packaging to better align with customer segments, product value, and sales motion.
    • Lead competitive pricing benchmarking and develop differentiated pricing models that support positioning and win-rate improvements.
    • Develop and maintain SaaS cost models to inform pricing decisions, incorporating cloud infrastructure costs, support, and customer success expenses to ensure profitability.
    • Drive go-to-market readiness in collaboration with Marketing and Sales Enablement.

    Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging and pricing strategies are aligned across the organization.
    • Influence product roadmap decisions by aligning monetization opportunities with product value and customer needs.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing strategic pricing insights and driving executive buy-in for pricing changes.

    Financial Impact & Performance

    • Deliver measurable revenue and margin growth through new monetization initiatives, including bundling, upsell/cross-sell strategies, and retention levers.
    • Define and monitor KPIs related to pricing efficiency, discounting, and product attach rate
    • Partner with Finance and Sales Ops to model revenue impact, assess deal structures, and guide commercial policies.

    Analytics & Tooling

    • Leverage Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, BI dashboards, and internal data tools to analyze deal trends, pricing compliance, and customer usage patterns.
    • Build robust models to track pricing elasticity, churn sensitivity, and adoption by SKU or bundle.


    WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

    • 8+ years of experience in pricing, product strategy, or monetization roles within high-growth SaaS companies.
    • Prior experience in management consulting is strongly preferred.
    • Proven success in launching or evolving pricing strategies that deliver tangible revenue or margin improvement.

    Skills & Expertise

    • Deep understanding of SaaS pricing models: per-user, usage-based, seat-tiered, feature-tiered, and hybrid.
    • Strong analytical acumen with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
    • Expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) reporting and pipeline analysis to uncover trends, support pricing governance, and monitor pricing performance.

    Collaboration & Influence

    • Strong executive presence and ability to influence at all levels—from Product and Sales leaders to C-Suite.
    • Exceptional communication skills—able to translate complex pricing concepts into clear business implications.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, and drive alignment among stakeholders.

    Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

    Pay Range :

    $192,000.00-$240,000.00
