We’re seeking a Director of Product Management – Monetization & Growth to lead our strategy for pricing, packaging, customer expansion, and adoption. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic thinking with execution rigor and customer empathy to drive sustainable, profitable growth across our platform. Monetization Strategy: Define and evolve pricing, packaging, and licensing models that align with customer value, market trends, and Cohesity’s platform evolution, including hybrid and SaaS offerings.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to align monetization strategies with customer outcomes and GTM motions.
Revenue Accountability: Own monetization KPIs including ARR growth, attach rates, upsell/cross-sell conversion, and net dollar retention.
Global Reach: Tailor monetization strategies to federal, enterprise, and commercial customers across multiple geographies with compliance and procurement considerations.
Experimentation & Growth Loops: Design and lead experiments to increase conversion and customer lifetime value.
AI-Driven Insights: Use AI and analytics to uncover usage patterns, forecast churn/expansion, and optimize monetization levers; influence roadmap with telemetry-based decisions.
Product-Led Growth (PLG): Partner with engineering and UX to design frictionless user journeys that drive adoption, activation, expansion, and retention across all customer segments.
7+ years of Product Growth and Monetization experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role focused on monetization, growth, or product-led revenue strategies.
Deep understanding of pricing frameworks (value-based, usage-based, tiered, etc.) and their application in enterprise and SaaS models.
Proven track record of driving customer and revenue growth via product packaging innovations, business model innovation, and go-to-market alignment.
Experience working with AI/ML products or leveraging AI for product and growth analytics.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker, Snowflake, SQL, Excel).
Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence C-level stakeholders across product, finance, sales, and engineering.
Experience as a consultant in business transformation, pricing and packaging highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA strongly preferred
Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

In-Office Expectations
Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
