Want to join the leader in AI-powered data security?
We’re looking for a high-impact Demand Generation, Channel & Field Marketing Manager to join our UKI team at a leading software vendor in backup and cyber resilience.
This role is a key contributor to our regional growth, responsible for executing end-to-end demand generation programs, managing channel marketing initiatives, and delivering field events that support pipeline creation and partner success.
You’ll be instrumental in driving qualified leads, nurturing prospects, enabling partners, and translating business goals into marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. This role requires strong regional experience, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work closely with both internal teams and external partners — including being on-site with UK partners when needed.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Demand Generation & Lead Management
Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns (email, social, digital, events, partner co-marketing) to attract, engage, and convert prospects
Manage the full lead lifecycle — from segmentation and nurturing to sales handoff and pipeline tracking
Leverage marketing automation platforms and tools like 6sense to deliver targeted content and improve conversion rates
Channel Marketing & Partner Enablement
Build strong relationships with channel partners to support joint go-to-market initiatives
Align regional channel marketing plans with sales priorities and business targets
Execute co-branded marketing programs, partner campaigns, and training initiatives
Be on-site with UK partners as needed to support alignment, execution, and enablement
Event Marketing & Regional Campaigns
Plan and manage field events, including partner events, executive roundtables, and industry trade shows across the UK & Benelux
Support webinars and regional campaigns to drive awareness and demand
Collaborate with partners and internal teams on event logistics, promotion, and follow-up
Performance Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Track and analyse campaign performance across channels; provide insights to optimize effectiveness and ROI
Work closely with sales, marketing operations, presales, and partner teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution
Clearly communicate plans, results, and insights to stakeholders
WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
Proven experience in demand generation, field marketing, and channel marketing within B2B software — ideally in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure
Solid understanding of the UK market and experience working with regional channel partners
Demonstrated success in planning and executing regional events — from partner programs to executive briefings
A data-driven mindset with strong skills in performance tracking, analysis, and reporting
Familiarity with Salesforce and lead management
Experience managing the full lead funnel — from acquisition through to sales conversion
Willingness and flexibility to be on-site with UK partners when needed
Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills across sales, ops, presales, and marketing
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
Familiarity with the Benelux market and its partner ecosystem
Background in data protection, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity marketing
Experience developing localized content, partner toolkits, or enablement resources
