Cohesity, a recognized leader in data security and management, is looking for a rockstar Field Marketing Manager to lead the charge for our channel and partner marketing for US and Canadian segment. As part of the Americas Field Marketing team, you’ll develop and execute our channel marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and enhancing partner relationships for our US and Canadian channel and partners. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our key partners, internal sales teams, and across various marketing functions to craft and execute marketing programs that drive demand through our channel partner ecosystem As a key part of our collaborative, high-performing team, you’ll drive initiatives that align with our regional goals while helping our partners unlock the limitless value for their customers.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

  • Execute channel and partner marketing plans that support pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and brand awareness in alignment with Cohesity’s growth strategy

  • Collaborate closely with our key Partners and internal Channel Sales team to understand partner priorities and co-develop joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners

  • Plan and execute co-branded demand generation activities, such as webinars, account-based marketing campaigns, partner events, and digital programs with collaboration with the global partner marketing liaison

  • Manage market development fund (MDF) usage and ROI tracking, including partner proposal reviews, budget allocation, and post-program reporting

  • Leverage partner marketing toolkits and partner enablement content within the channel community to ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and branding across the ecosystem

  • Track and report on KPIs and pipeline metrics for all partner-led marketing programs using tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau

  • Act as a key stakeholder for channel presence at industry events and tradeshows, driving partner engagement and field alignment

  • Develop case studies, success stories, and joint collateral to amplify partner wins and thought leadership

  • Foster partner advocacy through relationship-building, co-marketing opportunities, and Cohesity’s partner portal and programs

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING

  • 7+ years of experience in channel or partner marketing within B2B enterprise technology

  • Deep understanding of the partner ecosystem, with a focus on VARs and Distributors; experience with GSIs, MSPs, and cloud alliances is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful co-marketing campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline

  • Experience managing MDF budgets, partner enablement programs, and CRM/marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau)

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders

  • Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment


WE ARE EXTRA EXCITED IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING

  • Familiarity with data security, backup/recovery, or cybersecurity markets

  • Experience supporting federal, SLED, or public sector partners (if applicable)

  • Understanding of partner program frameworks and incentive structures

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$110,160.00-$137,700.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

In-Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
