The ISR Demand Program Manager is responsible for driving strategic alignment, facilitating GTM programs, and supporting communication and collaboration between marketing and inside sales. This role focuses on increasing lead conversion, campaign ROI, and pipeline velocity through systematic readiness efforts, lead management and oversight, and reporting on key metrics.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Success in this role requires a balance of operational discipline, program execution and cross-functional coordination.
ISR Readiness & Communication
- Lead weekly ISR calls to align on lead generation priorities, messaging, and follow-up expectations.
- Provide clear documentation around AQL/TQL definitions, program messaging, and cadence guidelines.
- Ensure accurate, timely transfer of marketing insights and campaign details to ISRs for effective follow-up.
Lead Management & Accountability
- Track and monitor ISR lead follow-up activity in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Escalate gaps in lead handling and partner with Sales Managers to reinforce timely action and accountability.
- Replace disqualified leads to maximize ROI and address gaps in pipeline coverage.
Campaign Execution Support
- Manage quarterly initiatives including Prospecting Week, Meeting-Maker incentive campaigns, and Appointment Setting programs.
- Coordinate execution logistics, track participation, and measure impact on sourced pipeline and bookings.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to build and maintain SFDC dashboards tracking AQLs, TQLs, conversion rates, and sourced pipeline by program.
- Deliver weekly and quarterly performance updates to Sales and Growth Marketing leadership to support optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Field Marketing, Campaign Strategy, and MOPs teams to ensure alignment on campaign targeting, lead flow design, and KPIs.
- Translate marketing strategy into actionable steps for ISRs and act as the connective tissue across go-to-market teams.
Key Metrics (KPIs):
- Improve AQL to TQL conversion rate by 10%
- Reduce timed-out AQLs by 20%
- Manage and optimize a $XX regional program budget
- Ensure timely ISR follow-up and measurable campaign pipeline contribution
WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
Technical & Tool Proficiency:
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM (SFDC) for lead tracking and reporting
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft)
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for lead tracking and ad hoc analysis
- Experience with dashboard tools like Tableau, Power BI, or SFDC native dashboards
- Bonus: Familiarity with intent data platforms such as 6sense or Bombora
Strategic & Analytical Thinking:
- Strong understanding of lead funnel dynamics and sales pipeline metrics
- Ability to analyze gaps in conversion and proactively recommend improvements
- Detail-oriented with a bias for execution and data-backed decisions
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with Sales stakeholders
- Comfort working cross-functionally in fast-paced, campaign-driven environments
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to juggle multiple programs simultaneously
