Welcome to an exciting opportunity to join our renowned team as an HRIS Analyst. We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious professional with expertise in human resources and HR systems. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring the seamless execution of our HR systems and processes.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of multiple high-priority assignments within Workday modules, including Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, and Peakon.

  • Lead end-to-end configuration and process improvements, ensuring that implemented solutions meet all requirements.

  • Partner with various departments to research, address, and resolve issues promptly, while keeping users advised of progress.

  • Recommend and implement both short and long-term HRIS operations initiatives to support our strategic objectives.

  • Act as a trusted technology advisor, effectively communicating technical concepts in business terms and influencing outcomes.

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for assigned functions, ensuring the accuracy of data, testing system modifications, and proposing ways to improve processes.

  • Support the review, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Workday module(s) upgrades and patches.

  • Identify and initiate improvement opportunities related to systems, processes, data, and user experience, providing recommendations to leaders with justification and impact data.

  • Apply analytical and technical skills to translate business needs into requirements, lead projects, and provide efficient solutions that simplify manual processes.


WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.

  • Proficiency in multiple Workday modules, particularly Core HCM, is required. Familiarity with Talent Management, Absence Management, and/or Time Tracking would be beneficial.

  • Proficient in business process configuration, custom reporting, and security.

  • 4 to 5 years + demonstrable experience supporting and implementing complex HR and/or payroll systems and new system implementations (e.g. Workday, Oracle, ADP, Kronos, Success Factors).

  • Excellent communication abilities, facilitating successful collaboration with individuals from diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to efficiently handle various tasks and work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills / Experiences:

  • Workday Implementation experience

  • Project Management

  • Experience working with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow or Jira.

  • Experience working with third-party administrators, carriers, and vendors
