Cohesity is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team to help define and drive the next phase of growth for our BaaS solution - Cohesity Cloud Protection Services (CCPS). CCPS is a cloud-based, turnkey data security and management solution adopted by customers all over the globe. In this role, you will work closely with external and internal stakeholders to build and deliver capabilities that expand CCPS’s strategic position, market and customer reach.
At Cohesity, product management plays a central role in driving product development by working in close collaboration with our engineering and go-to-market teams. Our team works across all levels of the organization; engaging with executive partners, directly with customers across the globe, and interacting heavily with our user experience team. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our BaaS solution
Prioritize and manage roadmap backlogs and release plans making tradeoffs as needed
Collaborate with engineering, UX/design, finance, legal, and go-to-market teams to drive cross-functional product success
Engage with enterprise customers and Field teams to validate product direction and prioritize features for inclusion in products
Be the voice of the product and participate in go-to-market activities including pricing, marketing, enablement, etc.
Define and track product metrics to measure success, adoption, engagement
Engage in partner conversations with Cloud vendors for technical conversations, joint GTM plans, etc.
Train internal stakeholders on new product features and provide support to the field and customers.
WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
8 Years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or 6 years of experience and a Master’s Degree.
Product Management experience in building and scaling As-a Service or Cloud products
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services including building products and services on the public cloud
Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build quantitative data models and forecasts, perform product and market comparisons
Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and solve complex problems with available resources
Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

In-Office Expectations
Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
