Who We Are:
We’re on a mission at Cohesity to drive operating efficiency in our procurement and travel operations organization. Having tripled the size of our travel program in the last year we are focused on optimizing Cohesity’s travel and expense investment, and managing business travel through a unified global program.
How You’ll Spend Your Time Here:
This operations professional will collaborate daily with cross-functional partners and Cohesity’s travellers to manage business travel planning and booking, ensure compliance with company policy, manage travel expense, deliver positive traveller experience, analyse and apply real time data to make meaningful behaviour changes.
Key responsibilities include:
Travel POC: Serve as primary point of contact for travel-related support and emergencies.
Training: Develop and deliver training as needed for Cohesity’s travelers
Support: Provide ongoing support to travelers during trip planning, booking and traveling; solutioning issues as they arise to ensure a consistent product is delivered globally.
Policy: Draft policy language as needed, maintain policy documents and advise employees on travel policies, procedures and visa requirements, ensuring company guidelines are met
Compliance: Monitor and manage travel bookings for compliance and reporting
System Maintenance: Ensure traveler profiles and preferences are accurate and up to date in the platform to streamline booking processes
Duty of Care: Stay informed on travel advisories, international regulations, and emerging technologies to ensure traveler safety and support.
Reporting: Partner with data analytics lead to generate and analyze spend and booking data to identify traveler behavior and cost savings opportunities
Vendor Management: Collaborate and partner with global booking partner to improve traveler experience and enhance system configuration where needed
Support Sourcing team as may be needed to vendor/supplier management, negotiation and contracting.
We’d love to talk with you if you have many of the following:
Five+ years relevant travel and operations experience
Effective time and work-load management; ability to manage daily projects while prioritizing higher return initiatives.
Experience with travel management systems, online booking platforms and expense solutions
Exceptional organization skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, deadline and complex itineraries for travelers
Excellent verbal and written communications skills to interact effectively with travelers, vendors, internal departments and executive team members requiring support
Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and provide a high level of service
Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve travel-related issues and emergencies quickly and efficiently.
Agile with ability to adapt to changing situations, learn new technologies and work effectively in a fast paced environment
Keen eye for detail to ensure all travel arrangements are accurate and complete for travelers
Ability to flex work schedule, supporting global travelers as needed in peak travel periods, and/or global events
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making

In-Office Expectations
Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
