As a Customer Data Analyst at Cohesity, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and usability of customer data in Salesforce, support compliance with global standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide.

How You’ll Spend Your Time Here

  • Manage and validate customer data in Salesforce.com to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct data analysis in Excel and use SharePoint for research/project tracking.
  • Research, review, and enrich customer information from sources such as SCC (10-K security filings), D&B, and other compliance/regulatory documents.
  • Collaborate with global teams to gather, verify, and share customer data consistently.
  • Document customer data management processes, business rules, and findings clearly.
  • Communicate updates and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Continuously learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices in data management.

We’d Love to Talk to You If You Have Many of the Following

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and research.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, SQL, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and produce clear insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for global collaboration.
  • Experience with SCC filings (10-K forms) or other compliance documentation (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with customer data, Salesforce, Excel.
  • Experience working in global or cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory processes for customer data (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
