The Reporting and Analytics Architect serves as a subject matter expert across multiple HRIS and analytics platforms, leading large-scale reporting and analytics projects, aligning data solutions with HR and business strategy, and acting as the escalation point for complex analytics and reporting issues. This role drives the enterprise’s analytics vision, ensuring data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

Reporting & Analytics Expertise

  • Expert knowledge of HRIS reporting tools (Workday, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, etc.) and advanced analytics methodologies.
  • Designs and oversees complex reporting frameworks, dashboards and data models, across HR domains (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent).
  • Leads the development of dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations for executive leadership and business partners.
  • Proficient in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data storytelling for strategic workforce insights.
  • Assesses release updates and new features, recommends adoption strategies, and leads regression testing for reporting and analytics modules.
  • Ensures data integrity, security, and compliance in all analytics solutions.

System Architecture & Process Automation

  • Designs scalable, compliant analytics architectures and data governance frameworks.
  • Identifies and implements process automation opportunities to drive efficiency and scalability in reporting and analytics.
  • Provides quality assurance by reviewing and approving analytics configurations and data models before production deployment.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership

  • Serves as the primary analytics partner for senior HR, Finance, and business leaders.
  • Leads requirement-gathering workshops, translating high-level business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Develops scalable intake process to streamline requirements gathering and technical specifications.
  • Manages competing priorities across functions, negotiating timelines and resource allocation for analytics projects.
  • Coaches stakeholders on analytics best practices, data literacy, and system governance.
  • Acts as the escalation point for unresolved or complex analytics/reporting issues.

Support, Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement

  • Owns resolution of critical/high-impact analytics and reporting issues affecting multiple modules or business areas.
  • Directs ticket triage strategy for analytics/reporting, ensuring prioritization aligns with business impact.
  • Reviews recurring analytics/reporting issues at a systemic level, driving long-term fixes and enhancements.
  • Oversees ticket trend analysis and uses insights to shape reporting enhancements or training.
  • Ensures knowledge sharing by delegating routine analytics/reporting tickets to Associates/Specialists and mentoring them.

Data Governance & Security

  • Deep understanding of HRIS and analytics security, able to design scalable and compliant security frameworks for reporting and analytics.
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies.
  • Conducts regular audits and risk assessments of reporting and analytics systems.

Training & Enablement

  • Develops and delivers training, documentation, and guidelines for analytics tools and processes.
  • Mentors junior analysts and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years as an HRIS and analytics subject matter expert, leading large-scale reporting initiatives, aligning data solutions with HR and business strategies, and serving as the escalation point for complex analytics issues to drive enterprise-wide, data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced data storytelling skills, with the ability to interpret trends, outliers, and root causes across multiple factors like: attrition, hiring, representation, and DEI metrics, and to recommend prescriptive actions through predictive and forecast analytics.
  • Strong executive reporting capabilities, including developing QBR presentations, board-ready insights, key takeaways, and action-oriented recommendations.
  • Technical expertise in Tableau, Python, and ML scripting for data processing, visualization, and decision support. Workday knowledge is very nice to have.
  • Strong ability to work in ambiguity as a self-starter who can independently develop metrics packages for QBRs and board decks from undefined problem statements.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support high-quality decision-making.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$142,160.00-$177,700.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
