We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Alliance Manager to serve as the dedicated point of contact for a new strategic alliance partner. This individual will play a critical role in enabling the success of our go-to-market relationship, including driving co-selling activities, building strong partner alignment, and optimizing performance against joint objectives.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone early in their career with a passion for partnerships, sales enablement, and collaborative success.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Act as the primary day-to-day liaison between Cohesity and partner
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across sales, marketing, and partner teams
  • Ensure alignment on joint goals, initiatives, and messaging
  • Collaborate with partner and internal sales teams to drive co-selling opportunities
  • Support joint pipeline development through enablement, opportunity tracking, and field alignment
  • Coordinate and facilitate joint account planning, deal support, and customer introductions
  • Track key partnership KPIs
  • Regularly report on partnership health and co-sell performance
  • Identify and resolve blockers to joint success
  • Help operationalize the partnership through internal documentation, processes, and playbooks
  • Recommend improvements to enhance partnership efficiency and impact
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to coordinate and track integration activities
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams to ensure timely updates, testing, and documentation
  • Assist in gathering requirements, managing timelines, and identifying blockers
  • Support the execution of co-branded marketing initiatives, including campaigns, webinars, and events
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure proper messaging, partner visibility, and asset development

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, sales, customer success, or business development (SaaS or cybersecurity preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, R&D, and operations teams
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales tools is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
