As a Senior Manager, Demand Generation, you will own global paid digital demand, delivering predictable, scalable, and compliant pipeline, reporting to Senior Director of Growth Marketing.

You will lead strategy, planning, execution, and in-quarter optimization across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic/Display, and Content Syndication to drive AQLs/TQLs and marketing-sourced pipeline. In this role, you will also partner closely with Campaigns, Field Marketing, Sales Development, Marketing Ops, RevOps, and agencies to achieve quarterly and regional targets.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

Demand Strategy & Planning

  • Support media agency

  • Build a data-driven global digital demand strategy aligned with business goals; plan semi-annually and optimize quarterly.

  • Own regional/segment media plans, budgets, projections, and CPL assumptions.

  • Translate pipeline targets into channel-level goal models with Campaigns and Marketing Operations.

  • Define global standards while enabling regional flexibility; lead FY26Q4 media planning and field intake.

  • Lead a team of two. Set goals and review progress.

Program Execution & Optimization

  • Launch and optimize Paid Search (incl. PMax), LinkedIn (full-funnel), Display, and Content Syndication.

  • Own test-and-learn roadmap with clear success and scale/kill criteria.

  • Manage pacing, budgets, vendors, TAL activation, and creative priorities.

  • Ensure country-level compliance and manage legal/PO/IO processes.

  • Targeting, Sales Alignment & TALs

  • Partner with Sales, SPARC, and RevOps to align demand forecasts, lead quality, velocity, and capacity

  • Build and maintain TALs; resolve account, domain, and territory mapping issues.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Ensure data integrity and attribution across SFDC, Marketo, and vendors.

  • Own weekly content syndication reporting and quarterly forecasting by channel/country

  • Present monthly and quarterly performance updates to field leadership

  • Stakeholder, Agency & Team Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional and vendor cadences; manage SOWs, scopes, fees, and POs.

  • Support targeted regional/event lead gen initiatives

  • Manage FTEs and agency resources; drive performance, development, and execution rigor.

Success Metrics

  • AQLs/TQLs, CPL, TAL penetration and pipeline vs. Plan

  • Lead progression health and SLA adherence

  • Budget efficiency and mid-quarter optimization impact

  • Compliance accuracy in regulated markets

Tools & Systems

  • SFDC, Marketo/Adobe, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads/PMax, DSPs, Coupa, Looker/Funnel dashboards, Excel/SharePoint.

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • 10+ years B2B global demand generation across paid media and content syndication

  • Ownership of $1M+ quarterly budgets, forecasting, and vendor management

  • Hands-on LinkedIn Lead Gen, Paid Search, and full-funnel program expertise

  • Strong SFDC/Marketo fluency and lead-routing problem solving

  • Knowledge of regional privacy/compliance standards and knowledge of local markets

  • Proven success leading agencies and creative execution

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$164,160.00-$205,200.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
