As we continue scaling globally, we are transforming how our People Team operates through automation, AI-driven workflows, and intelligent employee experiences. We are looking for a highly technical, execution-oriented AI Automation & People Productivity to partner closely with our HR and Talent organizations to build next-generation AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and decision-making throughout the employee lifecycle.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
AI Tools Development: Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and automations for HR and Talent use cases, including intelligent workflow automations, employee-facing chatbots, document processing solutions, and decision-support systems.
Process Automation: Identify opportunities to improve manual or repetitive HR workflows through scalable AI/ML-driven automation solutions.
Integration & Deployment: Develop integrations between AI solutions and enterprise systems including Workday, ATS platforms, ServiceNow Ticketing, and other internal tools ensuring seamless data flow and user experience.
Collaboration: Partner directly with HR Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype solutions, run pilots, and drive successful adoption.
Iteration and Maintenance: Continuously monitor and improve deployed tools based on user feedback, operational metrics, and evolving business needs.
Technical Documentation: Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational handoff materials to support long-term maintainability and scalability.
Help establish best practices for AI-enabled People Technology solutions, including governance, usability, and operational efficiency.
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
6–10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, enterprise automation, or HR technology environments.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar modern development languages used in automation and AI development.
Hands-on experience building enterprise AI applications using LLM technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft , or similar platforms.
Experience with prompt engineering, AI workflows, orchestration frameworks, and automation platforms.
Familiarity with automation and integration tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or custom-built workflow frameworks.
Strong understanding of HR workflows and employee lifecycle processes.
Experience independently scoping, designing, building, and deploying production-ready solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
WE ARE EXTRA EXCITED IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
Experience integrating AI solutions with HRIS and ATS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and BambooHR.
Familiarity with HR data privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA) as applied to AI Systems.
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, semantic search, or enterprise knowledge management systems.
Prior experience supporting People Operations, Recruiting Operations, or People Technology organizations.
Experience working within enterprise SaaS, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or AI-driven technology companies.
What Success Looks Like:
Within the first 90 days, you will:
Complete a technical assessment of current HR systems, workflows, and automation opportunities across the People organization.
Deliver at least 2 production-ready AI-powered tools or workflow automations that drive measurable operational efficiency.
Establish a prioritized roadmap and intake process for future People Technology and AI initiatives.
Create scalable documentation, support processes, and maintenance guides for all delivered solutions.
Build strong partnerships with HR Operations and Talent teams to drive adoption and long-term success of AI-enabled workflows.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
