As a Marketing Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and reporting on marketing campaigns in Marketo to support global marketing programs. You will report to the Senior Manager of Growth Activation and collaborate closely with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver flawless, high-performing campaign activations.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE
- You will use Adobe Marketo Engage to build and manage the full lifecycle of digital campaigns in order to drive global demand generation and customer engagement.
- You will collaborate with global teams to localize campaign assets, build emails, create target segment lists, and ensure successful campaign launches with precision QA and timely delivery.
- You will implement A/B testing and performance optimization strategies to maximize engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- You will track and report on campaign success metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- You will ensure compliance with privacy regulations and best practices to maintain email deliverability, reduce unsubscribes, and improve list hygiene.
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING
- 1–2 years of experience in Adobe Marketo Engage managing campaign builds and execution.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies for email performance and engagement.
- Basic understanding of privacy and email regulations and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of managing multiple campaign requests and delivering under tight deadlines.
WE ARE EXTRA EXCITED IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING
- Experience with HTML/CSS for email design and testing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Dreamweaver, Photoshop) and/or Figma.
- Experience performing QA/testing across various email clients and browsers.
- Experience with global asset localization and managing high-volume execution intake from diverse teams.
- Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
