The Cohesity Field Marketing team is on a mission to fuel sales demand by generating new leads and pipelines at scale and accelerating open pipelines with urgency.
At Cohesity, we are offering a unique opportunity for an individual with a consistent track record of driving sales demand and generating new leads and pipelines to join our team as a Field Marketing Manager.
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our marketing team to create elite marketing experiences for our customers and prospects for JAPAN.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
- Collaborate with regional sales managers and channel teams to develop and implement a marketing plan for the JAPAN, with a focus on achieving measurable results and driving business growth.
- Drive field marketing programs from planning to execution, while measuring and analyzing the results.
- Be a strategic partner for field sales teams, focusing on the JAPAN markets.
- Define marketing plans to create and accelerate opportunities, as well as build executive relationships.
- Drive demand and thought leadership through ideation and/or creation of marketing assets and collateral, including events, white papers, customer case studies, videos, blogs, and webinars.
- Analyze and report on metrics using SFDC/Marketo to track the effectiveness of lead generation and pipeline development.
- Serve as an external subject expert at industry conferences, tradeshows, and events.
- Provide onsite execution support for marketing programs, with approximately 20-30% travel.
WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
- 8+ years of field marketing or regional marketing experience in technology or SaaS industry.
- Consistent record of successfully partnering with sales management.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with developing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans, integrating online and offline campaigns.
- Background in enterprise software and/or hardware.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing automation systems, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Splash.
- Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative, and analytical.
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative individual with a positive outlook!
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
- Ability to travel approximately 20-30% of the time.
