The Role:

The Chief Financial Officer will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and operations to drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and a proven track record in financial management within the SaaS sector, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and profitability.

What You'll Do:

Develop and refine financial strategies to support the company’s business goals, while managing financial risks.
Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, treasury, tax, legal and auditing.
Provide leadership and direction to the finance team to ensure operational excellence.
Prepare reliable, current and forecasting reports, financial statements, and cash flow analysis.
Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.
Oversee the company’s finance IT, systems and tools.
Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.
Manage relationships with partners and investors.
Explore new investment opportunities and provide recommendations on potential returns and risks.
Lead efforts to optimize cost structures and enhance revenue streams.
Report financial status and progress to the board and shareholders regularly.

What You'll Bring:

Ability to strategize and solve problems.
In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
Strong leadership and organizational skills; leading and empowering others through mechanisms and data (e.g. Amazon ‘CFO’ like rigor and experience).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Analytics relevant field
MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA) is preferred.
Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company.
