Corporate Operations Support Agent – Remote

As a key member of the operations team, the corporate operations support agent will be responsible for assisting the front-line team with a variety of tasks including but not limited to ticket issuance, refund calculations, queue working and other administrative tasks.

This role will work closely with team lead and report to the Director of Operations.

Expedition Expectations

  • Assist agent team with issuing tickets and exchanges
  • Calculate and submit unused tickets for refunding
  • Queue monitoring and PNR clean up
  • Tracking and use of non-refundable tickets
  • Service fee processing
  • Direct billing of hotel stays
  • Email/Invoice management

Passport to Success

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sabre with emphasis on ticketing including exchanges
  • Extensive knowledge/ability to calculate and understand fare rules
  • Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience and comfort with automated tools
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
